Fully automatic
These commands squads have abilities that activate automatically when used, meaning you no longer have to roll a success to activate skill. Although the abilities of the NCO Command Squads are not as potent as their armor 2 brethren, the added reliability more than makes up for that shortcoming.
Use the familiar Artillery Strike, Makeshift Repair, or Get Up, It Ain’t That Bad skills, or use the brand new Smoke Mortars, Field Mechanic, or Stimulant Kit skills to give your soldiers an edge in the thick of battle. You can even use the new NCO Command Squad in combination with your Command Squads to create all kinds of stimulating new strategies.
Additionally, these squads are capable of holding their own in any firefight. The Corps Officers are armed with two Victory machine guns, a Flamethrower, and Rocket Punches, giving this unit enough muscle to deal with any opponent. The Heavy Kommandotrupp has strong anti-infantry capability with two MG44 zweis and a single Fliegerfaust. When a situation calls for more firepower, these NCO Command Squads are the perfect answer.
